Richard: Technique work on cleans, presses followed by:
Pressing Ladder Workout: 1 up to 5 and back down:
- One arm swing
- Clean
- Grind Press
- Push Press
- Push Jerk
- Rinse and Repeat on the othe side for an overall total of 250 reps
