First up a combination of two of Glassman's Workouts:
21-15-9 Format
Deadlifts at 125% bodyweight
Thrusters at 50% bodyweight
50 Gold Standard Burpees
Billy tackled a ladder workout of KB Cleans, Grind Press, Push Press, Push Jerk. 1-5 and back down. Photos show Billy in the rack and pressed position.
e.g R1= one clean, one grind, one push press, one push jerk each side.
R2= two cleans, two grinds, two push presses, two push jerks each side ....and so on
