Today's Workout focuses on stability and isometric strength development. Ideal for injury prevention and rehabilitation as well as strength and muscularity.
Richard and John:
Consolidation KB work. Technique Work on Snatches, Windmills and Turkish Get Ups (TGU)
Workout: AMRAP10 (As many rounds as possible)


  • 2 Swings

  • 2 Snatches

  • Windmill

  • TGU

  • 5 Walking Lunges in Lock out position

  • Repeat for other side.
