  • Warm Up: Tabata Intervals on Concept 2 (20:10 Max Effort to rest x8)
    Using a 60% bodyweight loaded Olympic Bar:
  • 3 rounds of Bear Complex: (Hang Power Clean/Front squat/push press/back squat/ push press return to hang) x 6 reps each round.
  • 100 Overhead Presses (Strict / Push / Jerks all acceptable methods)
