One of the many positives about kettlebell training is that you can get a really intense workout in a very brief period of time. Today's Workout of the Day (WOD) begs to be slotted into your lunch hour:


For time:



  • 50 Swings

  • 50 One arm swings left

  • 50 One arm swings right

  • 50 Snatches left

  • 50 Snatches right

  • 50 Goblet Squat

Bonus points for anyone bringing it in under 10 minutes.
