Variation on Glassman's Fight Gone Bad Workout
Against a continuously running clock perform the following exercises for one minute each. 3 rounds with one minute rest between rounds. Each rep scores a point.



  • Concept2 Row (calories)
  • Box Jumps
  • Wall Ball (front squat to medball throw and catch)
  • Push Press
  • Power Sit Ups
