A nice workout to blow the cobwebs off today with plenty of substitute exercises if required.

5 rounds of:


  • 20 Hand to Hand Transition KB swings

  • 5 Tyre Flips or 20m walkking lunges with KB in rack position.

  • 25 Gold Standard Push Ups

  • 50 Sit Ups
