After training hard and focusing for an event it is essential to relax and unwind. However, training should still continue at a maintenance phase level whilst specific targets are analysed, corrected, improved and strengthened.
Over the next few weeks we will be reappraising individual goals whilst maintaining a high level of metabolic conditioning and technical proficiency. So expect to be worked hard and constructively appraised as we work forward together.
