Let's continue to dust the cobwebs off with a Reverse Ladder 10-1 Workout of:
- Med Ball Cleans
- Single Arm KB Swings- both sides.
Remember full drive through the heels and hip hinge fully open, before a good shrug on every med ball rep. Good explosive drop and catch too.
