Billy: Technique work on double bell swings, double cleans and spinning the bell. Consistent as ever.

Workout: 21-15-9 format




  • Double bell Swings

  • Power bomb swings

  • Stress holds (secs)

  • Running Lap


Richard: Technique work on cleans, presses followed by:

Pressing Ladder Workout: 1 up to 5 and back down:




  • One arm swing

  • Clean

  • Grind Press

  • Push Press

  • Push Jerk

  • Rinse and Repeat on the othe side for an overall total of 250 reps


Richard again showing impressive strength, technique and endurance. A future KB contender I think!

BW Workout:

25 Pull ups/50 Deadlifts/50 Push ups/50 box jumps/50 floorwipers/ 50 clean and press/25 pull ups
