  • 5 Push Offs each side

  • 10 Power overs

  • 15 Close Grip Push Ups

  • 5 Plyo drops

  • 45 secs rest

For Good measure finish with 2 rounds of 50 one arm KB Swing with heaviest bell you can swing with good form. 32kg
